Complete adze. Grey and light brown stone. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is flaked. Minor differentiation between the butt and blade; sides slightly tapered toward the poll. There is not obvious bevel. Cutting edge is not present due to flaking. "Papanui" inscription.
Broken silcrete blade, medial portion remaining. Light yellow in colour. Unifacial retouch on the left lateral margin.
