There is minor delineation of the blade and poll, with the sides tapering towards a point at the poll. The bevel is demarcated by a straight line. The cutting edge is straight and blunt.

Complete pounamu chisel. The cross section is an oval. The surface is ground on the high points of the stone. There is some flaking on the poll. The bevel is on the top of the blade, and is demarcated by a curved line. The cutting edge is straight and blunt.
