Broken point, distal end remaining.
Large seal or sea lion tooth, broken on the interior side of the root.
Complete seal tooth, reduced where the tip meets the root, exposing some of the pulp.

He kura
Complete tattoo chisel, of comb variety. Hafting end has two prongs. Cutting edge has five sharp teeth.
Broken tattoo chisel, of comb variety, fragment from cutting edge not present. Deep notch on either side of hafting end, as well as at the end, forming two prongs on either side of hafting end. There are small teeth along the cutting edge, fragment from proper right side broken off.
Complete bone bird spear point. Six barbs. Two small notches at base.
Broken comb made of bird bone, proximal portion and one fragment of a prong remaining. Proximal portion has notches running down each side edge. Surface is ground smooth. Cross section is half-circular.
Long shaft of light coloured wood. Circular in cross section with many knots. Distal end split into quarters, with wooden wedges pushed between. There is a length of twine wrapped around the distal end.
Rāranga
Paraerae (sandal) woven from harakeke (flax). Two whenu (strands) are overplayed for reinforcement and woven using the takirua (over two, under two) pattern. Braided tapiki (finish) along the heel ends with long harakeke (50mm) added as a cushioning element adhered via looping and threading through wefts. Three ply whiri (braid) woven with muka (flax fiber) is threaded in six loops around the outside of the sandal and a muka cord formed using the miro (rolled) is tied to the side of the sandal.
