Mostly complete pounamu pendant, broken at the suspension hole at the proximal end. Black and dark green kawakawa variety, burnt, medium transparency. Surface is polished. Sawing mark on one side edge. Distal end is pointed.
Complete pounamu pendant. Mid-green in colour with black inclusions. Medium transparency. Surface is highly polished. Proximal end is comes to a dull point with a suspension hole. Distal end is rounded.
Complete pounamu pendant. Mid-green in colour with black inclusions. Low transparency. Surface is highly polished. Proximal end is rounded and slightly tapered, with a straight suspension hole. Distal end is rounded.
Mahi whakairo
Complete adze. Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. Mostly ground on front and back, with some flaking scars on surface, bruised on sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and mostly straight, with two chips along cutting edge. "Kaikoura Peninsula" written on front.
Whakarite kai
Complete stone sinker. Transverse lashing groove.
Broken adze (upper blade to butt remaining). Dark grey, mid brown. Cross-section is oval. Surface is bruised. Minor differentiation between butt and blade, front and sides reduced, forming shoulder. Sides taper towards poll. Bevel and cutting edge not present. Papatowai written on back.
Broken adze (poll end). Stone. Dark grey, light grey. Cross-section is triangular, with apex to front. Surface is flaked. Sides taper towards poll end. "Onepoto" written on back.

Taoka Māori
Complete green minnow lure with triangular cross-section. Perforation at head and flattened base for lashing on two opposite sides.
Complete slate knife. Surface is grounded on both sides. Cutting edge is sharp and curved, with bevel on both surfaces. Haft end is flat. Broken in two pieces and gluded back together.
Broken slate knife, one lateral margin remaining. Cutting edge is sharp and chipped. Surface is mostly ground with some bruising on both sides. Usewear is present at blade and across surface. Haft is sawn flat.
Mostly complete slate knife, chip missing from cutting edge. Cutting edge is blunt at distal end and sharp at one lateral margin. Surface is ground on one side and bruised on the other side. Some flaking is present at haft and one side of cutting edge.
Mostly complete rock knife, large chip missing from cutting edge. Cutting edge is blunt and chipped. Surface is ground on one side and bruised on the other side. Usewear is present on cutting edge.
Piece of worked silcrete, possibly a core or drill point. Surface is flaked. Pointed at one end.
Complete drill point. Stone. Light brown, dark brown. Cross-section is roughly rectangular. Surface is flaked. Drill end is sharp and pointed. Otago Central written on side.

Complete adze. Dark brown stone. Rectangular cross-section. The surface is ground, with bruising on the butt and flake scars on the back of the butt and the cutting edge. There are small shoulders and a slight reduction in the sides of the butt on the front. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade, with a diagonal depression starting from the centre of the cutting edge. The cutting edge is chipped and asymmetrical.
Complete adze. Pounamu. Light green, light grey. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface of front is ground, as is bevel. Back and poll are flaked. Large fragment missing from back, that runs lengthwise. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade till break. Cutting edge is sharp and curved. Otago Central written on back.
