Broken flute, one end remaining. There are three perforations.
Complete flute, chipped on one end. Visible repairs where previously broken. There are three perforations along the top of the flute. On one side there is a small section of very faint striations in a chevron pattern.
Complete but unfinished flute. Ends are roughly finished, with some chipping at one end. There are four large longitudinal cracks, some that have been repaired with adhesive. There is one partial drill mark on the side of the un-chipped end.
Broken flute, fragment missing from upper half. There is one complete perforation and one partial perforation at the broken edge.
Taoka Māori
Partially manufactured fishhook.
Complete fishhook point. There is a basal barb on the external side, with four deep notches. There is an interior broken barb near the tip, distal point of tip also broken.
Broken, straight fishhook point with the point and tip remaining. It has an upper, internal barb. It has a perforation at the base although part of it is missing.
Part A: Complete curved fishhook point, two perforations through base. Part B: Broken stone shank fragment. Triangular cross-section.
Complete bone point, manufactured from hollow bone. Distal end sharpened to a fine point.
Piece of hollow worked bone, broken at one end and filed to a sharp point at the other end. Some of internal bone structure is visible at the broken end.
Complete bone point, manufactured from hollow bone. Distal end sharpened to a blunt point, proximal end chipped.
Piece of hollow worked bone, filed to a point at one end and roughly worked at the other end.
Taoka whakarākei
Complete bone pendant, straight with suspension hole at proximal end.
Circular shell pendant with suspension hole in the centre. White iridescent colour. Concave profile.
Broken bone pendant, upper half remaining. Straight with suspension hole at proximal end. Pink discoloration on surface.
Curved bone pendant, broken at each end.
Complete shell pendant. Suspension hole and slightly tapered at the proximal end. Edges have been reduced. Concave profile. Naturally-occurring ridges on both sides.
Complete bone pendant. Slightly curved with suspension hole at proximal end.
