Complete adze. Light green pounamu. Surface is ground and bruised. Cross-section is lenticular. Sides of the butt are reduced to form shoulders and taper toward the poll. Bevel is continuous with the blade. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. "North Canterbury." inscription.

Complete gouge Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground. Pounamu is oxidised white. Undifferentiated between butt and blade. Bevel is curved and concave. Cutting edge is sharp and curved.

Piece of worked pounamu. Bowenite/tangiwai variety, rounded at proximal end and tapering from shoulders to pointed distal end - teardrop shape. Feather fractured and highly translucent. No perforation hole, surface has white paint on proximal end.

Worked greenstone. Irregular quadrangular cross-section. The surface is mostly flaked. There is a bevel at one end, demarcated by an oblique irregular ridge . The cutting edge is chipped and sharp.

Complete irregular The surface is ground with some flakes/chips No differentiation between the butt and the blade. The bevel is slightly curved and continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is slightly curved and sharp.

Incomplete adze. Rectangular at blade, trapezoidal at poll with back narrower than the front. Surface is ground with bruised edges. Butt not present. Bevel demarcated by straight singular line. Cutting edge is smooth, sharp and straight, with minor flaking. Slight sawing marks on the proper right side.

Pounamu/ nephrite, kawakawa variety - dark green, mottled. Bird form. Left side and distal edge curve (stomach) Right side as platform-like projection with groove cut around proximal end forming a knob to tie off on. Bevel is continuous with blade. Cutting edge is sharp and curved. Small chip missing mid cutting edge

Complete pounamu drill point. The cross section is an oval. The surface is ground with two sawing marks on opposite sides. The point is chipped.

Complete adze. Asymmetrical Surface is flaked and bruised Butt has minor differentiation, sides have been reduced. Bevel is demarcated by two straight lines meeting at an off-centre apex. Cutting edge is smooth, sharp and slightly curved.
