Incomplete Trapezoidal cross-section. Front of blade is ground with large portion broken of on the back section. Half of bevel is present however, and also ground. No butt present on blade. Large portion broken off back which makes it difficult to determine whether bevel is continuous or had ridge/line present. Cutting edge is slightly curved and sharp.

Complete Trapezoidal cross-section with back narrower than front. Butt = oval cross section. Front of adze has a lot of bruising. Back of blade also has a lot of bruising with grounding towards bevel portion. Major differentiation between the butt and the blade. Distinct shoulder and a reduction in the stone on the front and sides of the butt. Bevel is continuous on blade. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. Chips present in cutting edge too.
