Piece of worked pounamu, use unknown. Burnt, silver, light grey, light green in colour. Surface is ground and bruised. Cross section is rectangular. Tapers toward the proximal end, with a sawing mark and a projection on one side edge. Sawing marks along both side edges toward the distal end.

Rectangular slab of worked bone with a curved, bevelled edge. Surface around the edge is smooth with polishing marks evident.

Tooth pendant. Three broken suspension holes at the root. Single drilled hole in the centre. Back side has been reduced into a convex cross-section.

Complete adze. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground on the blade with bruising on the butt and the back of the blade, with some flake scars. There is a reduction in the sides and front of the butt, and the butt is differentiated by a curved line of bruising. The bevel is demarcated by a curved ridge. The cutting edge is chipped.

Complete unfinished adze. Light green/grey stone. Trapezoidal cross-section with the back narrower than the front. The surface is flaked with some ground areas on the blade. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The bevel is demarcated by flake scars. The cutting edge is curved and slightly chipped.

There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper in from the cutting edge to the poll. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is curved and sharp. There is a piece of paper and patches of glue adhered to the back of the blade.

The butt is differentiated from the blade by an irregular line of bruising on the back of the blade and a slight reduction in the stone on the back of the butt. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is straight and sharp.

Complete adze. Stone (doesn't look like pounamu to me). Black. Cross-section is semi-circular, with front flattened. Surface is ground, with some light bruising. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and straight. Southland? written on back.

Broken adze, butt end only. Light brown stone. Circular cross-section. The surface is bruised with flaking at the broken end. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the piece taper in from the broken edge to the poll.

Roughout of adze. Green and grey stone. The cross-section is trapezoidal with the back narrower than the front. The surface is bruised and flaked. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The poll is flat and sloped. The bevel is not demarcated from the blade. The cutting edge is curved and irregular.

Adze roughout. Grey stone. The cross-section is quadrangular. The surface is flaked. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. There is a reduction in the stone near the top of the blade in a straight line across one side. It is unclear which is front of the adze. There is no obvious bevel. The cutting edge is blunt and flaked. "Y 5" is written on the stone and there is a round piece of paper adhered to it with illegible writing.

The sides of the blade taper inwards towards the poll and taper a fraction more at the butt. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is chipped and curved.

Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey. Cross-section is oval. Surface is mostly bruised, ground on lower blade. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved. Waikoka written on back.
